Safeguard Enclosures and Equipment from Damage. Polywater® InstaGrout™Sealant is a two-part urethane foam that seals out pad-mounted equipment openings to prevent outages and service disruptions. Safer to use and more effective than concrete grout. InstaGrout will not collapse during change-outs and adheres to various pad-mounted materials.
